Body & Mind, Unwind.
Perfect for stress relief of the body and mind. Swedish massage promotes relaxation, eliminates insomnia, enhances circulation, relieves muscle pain and tension, improves flexibility, and stimulates lymphatic flow to flush out toxins.
Deep Tissue Massage
Designed especially for those who regularly receive massages, this intense therapy helps restore range of motion and proper body alignment by focusing on the deeper layer of muscle tissue. Experience the rejuvenating benefits of deep tissue massage, from increased circulation to enhanced muscle mobility and elasticity.
Most popular for athletes before or after sports activity. This vigorous massage is treatment based to target specific muscles, combining styles of Swedish with the benefits of compression, stretches, and cross-fiber friction techniques.
Myofascial Release Therapy
Myofascial Release is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion. This slow, gentle pressure technique allows the fascia to elongate and release tension allowing the body to unwind.
Gua Sha is a great technique for treating plantar fasciitis, old soft tissue injuries, pinched nerves and post workout recovery. The therapist uses a tool with a dulled edge to scrape the skin and superficial tissues to help promote blood flow, strengthen the immune system, as well as break up scar tissue and fascial adhesion to increase range of motion and help prevent injuries. Areas of inflammation and congested, stagnated blood and lymph fluid can cause a relatively painless and normal skin staining response called petechiae. This rupture of tiny superficial blood capillaries can last for several days, if you are taking anticoagulants or if you have fibromyalgia, this service may not be the best option for you. Ask your therapist if you have any inquiries about Gua Sha.
Cupping is a great technique for increased circulation into tired and strained, desensitized and hard muscle tissue. The therapist uses heated silicone suction cups that generate circulation, oxygenating the body to decompress soft tissue, increasing range of motion by separating muscle adhesions and decompressing nerve tension, while offering general pain relief and promoting a nervous system sedative effect needed for restful, restorative sleep.
Due to the nature of circulation with the hot cups, if you’re taking anticoagulants, this service may not be the best option for you. Ask your therapist if you have any questions about hot cupping.

“She’s wonderful! Ryan has been massaging me for more than two months and she is working to undo years of knots and tension in my whole body. She gives deep tissue, hot stones or “light and fluffy” massages (depending on what I need each time). She’s very good at finding the trouble areas, and I always leave feeling more relaxed than when I came in. Ryan will definitely be part of my health and wellness plan for the foreseeable future.”
